This is a private 30-minute virtual session focused on pole technique, flexibility, or movement based on your personal goals. During this session, you may ask questions, receive demonstrations, and get real-time guidance and corrections.

You must text in advance to confirm what you would like to work on so your session can be properly prepared.

Please do not apply lotions or oils prior to class, and wear fitted clothing that allows for safe movement and proper instruction.

Sessions are 30 minutes only. Additional time must be booked separately.

A guided stretch experience designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and connect mind and body. Through breathwork, mobility testing, and intentional movement, this session helps enhance circulation, increase range of motion, and promote overall well-being. Perfect for all levels looking to reset, realign, and feel more in tune with their body.
This is an Hour Long Class. Come prepared and early if possible. Please Bring comfortable stretch clothing, socks, something for hydration and your own yoga mat if possible.
